本アプリは、利用者に関する情報を一切収集しません。 開発者が運営するサーバーはなく、利用者の情報が開発者へ送られることはありません。 学習の記録だけは、機種変更のために利用者自身のiCloudへ控えます （開発者は見られません。3章）。
1. 収集しない情報
- 利用者登録・アカウント作成はありません
- 氏名・メールアドレス・電話番号などの個人情報を求めることはありません
- 位置情報、連絡先、写真、カメラにアクセスしません
- マイクと音声認識は「音読・シャドーイング」の練習でのみ使い、認識は端末内だけで行います（録音の保存も送信もしません）
- 利用状況の解析ツール（アクセス解析・行動分析）を組み込んでいません
- 広告を配信していません
2. 端末内に保存される情報
以下は利用者の端末内にのみ保存され、開発者が閲覧することはできません。
- アラームの設定（時刻・繰り返し・アラーム音など）
- 学習の記録（単語ごとの正解・誤答の回数、最後に解いた日時）
- アプリの設定（画面の明るさ、出題の設定など）
- 不具合を追うための動作ログ（時刻・処理名・単語IDのみ。外部には送信しません）
これらはアプリを削除すると消去されます。
3. iCloudへの保存
学習の記録は、利用者のiCloud（Appleが提供するキーバリューストア）にも保存されます。 これは機種変更時に記録を引き継ぐための機能です。
- 保存先は利用者自身のiCloudであり、開発者はアクセスできません
- iCloudを無効にしている場合、この保存は行われません（アプリの動作に影響はありません）
- iCloudにおける情報の取り扱いは、Appleのプライバシーポリシーに従います
4. 端末の機能の利用

マイクと音声認識は、音読・シャドーイングの画面を開いたときに初めて求めます。 認識は端末の中だけで行い、録音の保存も外部への送信も行いません。 端末内で認識できない場合、本アプリは認識を行いません。 許可はいつでも端末の設定から変更できます。
5. 購入について
アプリ内の購入はAppleのStoreKitを通じて行われ、支払い情報は Appleが取り扱います。開発者が受け取るのは「購入済みかどうか」だけで、 カード情報などを知ることはありません。
6. 第三者への提供
収集する情報がないため、第三者へ提供する情報はありません。
7. 子どもの利用について
本アプリは、収集する情報がないため、年齢にかかわらず安全にご利用いただけます。
8. 本ポリシーの変更
機能の追加などにより取り扱いが変わる場合は、本ポリシーを更新し、更新日を明示します。 重要な変更がある場合はアプリ内でお知らせします。

This app collects no information about you. We operate no server, and none of your information reaches the developer. The one exception is your study record, which is copied to your own iCloud so it carries over when you change devices — the developer cannot see it (see section 3).
1. Information we do not collect
- No account or sign-up is required
- We never ask for your name, email address, or phone number
- We do not access your location, contacts, photos, or camera
- The microphone and speech recognition are used only for the optional "Read aloud / Shadowing" practice, and recognition happens on your device (recordings are never stored or sent anywhere)
- No analytics or tracking tools are embedded
- No advertising is served
2. Data stored on your device
Alarm settings, study records, app settings, and a small diagnostic log are stored only on your device and cannot be seen by the developer. All of it is removed when you delete the app.
3. iCloud
Your study record is also saved to your own iCloud key-value storage so that it carries over when you change devices. It is stored in your iCloud and the developer has no access to it. If iCloud is disabled, nothing is saved there and the app works the same.
4. Permissions

Microphone and speech recognition are requested only when you open the Read aloud / Shadowing screen. Recognition happens on device; recordings are never stored or transmitted.
5. Purchases
In-app purchases are handled by Apple through StoreKit. The developer only learns whether a purchase was made, never your payment details.
6. Sharing, children, changes
We collect nothing, so there is nothing to share. The app is safe to use at any age. If added features change how data is handled, we will update this policy and the date above.
